Haruna opens in bigger size than my screen

I click on file and Haruna opens so big that title bar and menu bar are not visible at first. I need to use option to move app on the screen to make bars visible.

As you can see on screenshot close button is not visible. Title bar is visible only because I moved it down. Before that it was behind the sceen.

This is on Plasma 5.

Are there window settings that can prevent it?

With Haruna opened, press Alt + F3.
Select More Actions → Special Settings of the Application…

Click in Add Property:

Click in Size:

Click in Ignore Geometry:

Switch Ignore Geometry to Yes and put in Size fields the size desired:

Apply and reopen Haruna.
