take a busy clip and use transform to zoom in to an almost pixel level. Render, upload and repeat. You get some weird shapes with lots of planes of one colour. Use sharpen and colour tools to make them stand out. Chroma to make any big parts of colour transparent. then you can copy the clip and paste it and flip it and you get even more complex shapes. I haven’t uploaded a moving image to a provider yet but you get the idea from a jpeg. Space invaders abstract art! You can of course put images of people in with it trapped in a matrix world.

Thanks. I have put together a couple of music videos using the technique but I cannot post links for some reason. They are on Youtube. I cannot upload them either. I have tried only posting one link but no go.

Just keep posting and/or replying and eventually you will be able to post links. Until then pasting a URI should work - we all can copy & paste
Not sure what an URI is. I tried copying the address of the video and posting just that but it didn’t work. I’ll try again.
Update. Cannot post a URI. COPILOT told me the URI of a YT video is in the address box. Tried posting that yesterday…didn’t work. Still doesn’t work. The URI always comes out as a link rather than plain text. Do I need it as plain text? Because I changed my browser settings to just posting links as plain text yesterday. Still at that setting.
I read the rules on posting. I’m at basic and it said I could post a link. Or am I sub-basic?
The URI is this:
youtube . com/watch?v=ABCD1234
So instead of the full link, just paste the last part of the URL (ABCD1234)

Update edit: that’s what you told me to post but when I put it in a browser it takes me to nowhere near my video on YT.

I used my technique through out the film but at the end I tacked on an old track and used all the results of the technique with it unadulterated.
another I uploaded DARE EYE NOW uses my attempts to replicate the technique…less successfully. But still good.
It needs to be prefixed with youtube.com\watch?v=, as @candidexmedia has pointed out
I don’t want to be churlish but I am getting mixed and vague messages here. I tried to post the part with the youtube etc bit, as you just suggested, and it still says I cannot post links. I tried to type that part in and it became a link.
Sorry for not being clear: Users can copy the URI you posted, paste it into a browser window, and prefix it with youtube.com/watch?v=. All good.
But the more you post the earlier you reach the point where you can post links
