Having trouble creating my own global theme and installing it with kpackagetool6

I tried to make my own global theme using the plasma-sdk package. On my main system (Solus 4.7, Plasmashell 6.4.3), it only shows up in the Plasma global theme explorer and can’t be applied through system settings, despite it being in ~/.local/share/plasma/look-and-feel. I then tried to install in a VM using KDE Neon user edition and Plasmashell 6.4.3, which resulted in this error.

IMPORTANT:

I no longer use KDE Plasma or Solus and thus, I don’t need the help I would have otherwise gotten from this post.

I don’t know if I should delete this post or not since it has no replies that could help someone in a similar situation so I’m just leaving this addendum.
