Headset volume can't be controlled. Only heard when 100%

I have a new usb headset. I can’t control the volume through sliders. I can hear sound only when it’s 100%. As soon as I start reducing the volume, it drops to 0 or I can’t hear anything. It works fine on my old jabra one but not the new one. One thing I noticed is when jabra is connected it shows “Analog stereo output + Mono input”, but with this I don’t see it but a lot of other options Analog, Digital , Duplex etc.

Please have a look at the screenshots of alsa mixer. When it’s at 62 volume drops to 99% then stays there till it’s 0. I can’t figure our what is wrong. Could you help?

Sounds similar to sound - How do I change the way Ubuntu adjusts my volume mixer levels? - Ask Ubuntu

With PipeWire that needs to be configured through wireplumber ALSA configuration — WirePlumber 0.5.6 documentation see also https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/PipeWire#No_sound_from_USB_DAC_until_30%_volume

Tried but did not work. Updated the wireplumber.conf restarted system. No change.
