How can I create a new audio device for a audio profile?

When I go into my audio settings, I have “Navi 31 HDMI/DP Audio Digital Stereo (HDMI)” as my output device. I can change over what HDMI/DP port the audio is transmitted by going to the three dots and selecting a different profile.

I would like to have a separate audio device for each HDMI/DP output, so I can more easily switch between them. Is that possible?

Arch Linux, Plasma 6.7.0, Pipewire 1.6.7

For anyone looking for the solution: Go into KDE Settings → Audio and set the profile to “Pro Audio”. This will expose all HDMI and DisplayPort outputs as seperate audio devices. But since they all share similar names, I also recommend clicking on the “Rename Devices” button in the top right corner to give them unique names so you know which is which.
