How can I use KDE Panel without using Plasmashell?

Hello, I installed minimal kde but I cannot use kde panel. As far as I understand, it can be used when plasmashell is activated. But I don’t want any other function of plasmashell. How can I use only kde panel.

Lol yes, and me being comfortable using my native language in the world expecting everyone else to adapt :wink:

I was working out if it was the IDEA, more than the language which I was confused about… and it turns out that it’s actually the idea, because once I found the answer - I realised that your English is fine.
