How do I block browser extension notifications on the desktop?

New to linux, using a fedora based distro (nobara) with kde plasma

I have a video downloader extension on vivaldi (chrome based browser) that has forced notifications, any, and every thing I have tried via the browser to block extensions either does not work, or is not allowed.

The cog on the pop up desktop notifications does nothing, and the notifications stay there until manually closed.

System Settings - Notifications
There doesn’t appear to be a way to permanently set do not disturb

System Settings - Notifications - Visibility Conditions
I have nothing selected

System Settings - Notifications - Popups
Can only set a location, cannot stop it

System Settings - Notifications - Additional Feedback
I have nothing selected

System Settings - Notifications - Application Settings - Other Applications
I have nothing selected

System Settings - Notifications - Application Settings - Other Applications - Notification Manager
I have nothing selected

Do I need to go through every single option in Application Settings and turn everything off?

I do not want desktop notifications for anything. I can remove the extension, and remove the browser, but I will still not know how to do something that should be really simple, completely block all desktop notifications.

Hi! Just checking, have you already gone to System Settings > Notifications > Application Settings > Vivaldi, and unchecked the boxes shown below?

Thank you for your reply, your screenshot shows what I was expecting to find, but it does not appear that way for me

I am guessing that is because I have vivaldi installed via flatpack. I am using the Nobara distro, and that is how they prefer software to be added. I would not have come to that conclusion without your screenshot, it seems to be the likely reason though.
