How do I configure my taskbar to have the old Vista-like/KDE-4 taskbar buttons

By this, I mean the buttons on the taskbar would be both the icon, and the text together.

Such as the taskbar a user had in this article: KDE Taskbar text buttons corner ratios

Totally depends on your plasma theme. You’ll need to look for one. I do know there are some total packages that make everything look like Vista, so..

For example: https://gitgud.io/aeroshell/vtp/vistathemeplasma/

EDIT: Quickly looked for some vista like plasma theme:

So, within a plasma theme, its the tasks svg that counts:

Right-click on the empty area of the panel > Show Alternatives > Icons-and-Text Task Manager

I do wish people posted some sense. Not sure where the corner ratios came in.
