How do I turn off consistency check in KMyMoney ?
Currently you can’t other than fixing all the reported problems. The current development version only shows the report after 7 days again while saving should the problem(s) persist.

I am a new user of kmymoney.
Well, correcting the discrepancies is a little difficult to do, since the consistency check is not part of the technical manual.
I have not been able to locate the transactions that are tagged.
Since I am dealing with 30 year old data, it is not important that the check is fixed, but it certainly is annoying not be able to correct the issues.
Therefore getting rid of the check seems to be the most preferred way to handle the situation.
Documentation on how to fix the issue would be appreciated.

Here’s how you can find them. They might be included in closed accounts. Using the following method they will show up.
- Copy the
transactionID(the large number starting with a T) from the consistency report - Open
Edit/Find transactionand paste that number into the text search and press theFindbutton. See the following example.
That will open the result page showing the transaction you look for:
Double clicking it will take you to the ledger. Don’t forget to reopen the account before making modifications.
