how to encode 1920x800p video

I am hardsubbing some chinese drama series which are mostly 1920x800p (aspect ratio is 2:39:1) . How can i make the preset so the output video has no black bars and the aspect ratio is not changed in the output video and the resolution is the remain the same as the original video.

You can create a new project profile with those dimensions. See this chapter in the Kdenlive documentation.
