How do I make the folder names mor useful?
Assuming KMail: Settings → Configure KMail → Accounts
Tab “Receiving”, select and account and click the “Modify” button. There you’ll be able to change the account’s name.
Alternatively right-click the entry in the tree view and choose “Account Settings”
I clicked “Folder properties” and changed the folder name which seems to have the same effect
