How to return the old version of application picker in dolphin when you click on the “choose application” button in the menu when selecting a file? The new version is a complete downgrade in terms of features. The new version does not have a display mode as a list, but only as icons. The new version has no application categories at all. How can I get the old version back, and why did the old version have this, but not the new one?
I don’t dislike the new design. Not being able to just run anything in the PATH like before with optional parameters is a real downgrade. I used to do that all the time.
Something like “7z i %file_i_clicked%” doesn’t work with the new one.
Krusader still uses Framework5 it still works there.
