How to set opacity on application menu and popup menu?

as you can see, the application menu and popup menu is transparent, I have set the
SystemSettings → Search DesktopEffect -> windows opacity(maybe)

can you help me out ? I don’t want the menu background to be transparent

ps: my system is debian 13 + kde wayland
I just installed it for 3 days, but not modify anything

Opacity 255 is transparent. 0 is solid. You tried 0?

this means opacity with 255

i have not written css for long time, the “不透明“ should be opacity with 0

Seems a bug. I tried to active Transparency and move (and apply) the slider:

and when I’ll go to quit System Settings was transparent.

It was difficult, but I was able to deactivate the effect.
