Isn’t this just the current Plasma with WIP Ocean theme assets? What’s the goal here? It’s not clear to me.

Ummm… Uh, yeah this is. I though it was KDE 7, until I saw KDE 6.8 dev and yeah it’s that.

Ocean isn’t scheduled to go into Plasma 6.8. It isn’t scheduled for any release at this point in time; most of the Ocean theme is more of a design playground right now, testing out ides and concepts.
