I have a customized Icons-Only Task Manager with hover animations and such, I often encountered a problem where I can’t tell which App Icon corresponds to which project I’m working on without switching to the instance to see since I have grouping turned off. I wrote a feature where you can “Set a Distinguisher” from the context menu and choose an image to set it on the top left of the app icon, making it a lot easier to tell which app is which instance. It resets on app close but I’m fine with that.
