Using vim or libreoffice, I sometimes get a temporary icon on the desktop which cannot be trashed or erased. Looking at the desktop from the CLI level, the files are not there, but ksyscoa believes they are. How can I erase these icons without having to totally restart the plasma session? Or will I have to kill all my running programs?
