I’m using Plasma 6.6 on Fedora 43 (although this also occurs on earlier Plasma versions).
When I move the cursor up & down in a menu or file list, the line under the cursor gets a highlighted background (until the cursor moves over another item, which gets the highlight).
I don’t need this feature (I would see the cursor just fine without it), and I find it extremely distracting.
How can I turn this feature off? (I’ve looked everywhere, and can’t find anything about it.)
