In the theme editor how I change the titlebar opacity to 100%?

Currently they are flashing various shades/transparancies

Where is “window decoration”? didn´t find it in “Window Management” “Colours & Themes” “Text & Fonts” “General Behaviour” “Display & Monitor”

If you are using aurorae as a window decoration, you need to edit the opacity in the decoration svg file. This is what I know.

Colors & Themes → Global Themes → Window Decorations

IF you’re using a third-party window decoration (based on your screenshot), probably an Aurorae theme. You’ll need to manually adjust the opacity within the background SVG file itself.

IF you’re using Klassy for your window decoration, that’s a different story. You might want to wait for someone else to chime in.

I’m using the best decoration Utterly-Round-Dark. I can click edit but it only allows setting the size of the icons.

Utterly-Round-Dark is an Aurorae window decoration. you need to manually adjust the opacity in the background SVG file using Inkscape.

I have no clue what you are talking about but I guess it is the way to go

That would mean editing the image file itself in Inkscape.
