Hi

running a clean installation, I get the following error if I try to start the app.
Do I have to copy by myself - where to get the files? thanks

That is strange because kstars-3.7.8.exe (more precisely the .7z inside it, both opened with a unpacker) contains that file.

If that not installed correctly I would not be sure what else is maybe missing or broken after that.
But if it is only that single file here you go [kstars/kstars/data/TZrules.dat at master · KDE/kstars · GitHub](https://github.com/KDE/kstars/blob/master/kstars/data/TZrules.dat)
If you are not familiar with Github: Do not download that page or you end up with a html file, klick the “Download raw file” icon top right of the code section instead.
