Installtion of KDE Plasma Produces Artifacts and Installer not responding

So, im a windows user and decided to look into dual booting KDE Plasma Due To Microsofts Current Updates. I Created a new partition with enough space and Tried 3 Different Programs for Making a bootable Usb (Etcher,Rufus and The Fedora Writer). All three had the same outcome.

Artifacts when selecting Test Media and Run Fedora.

When selecting Run in basic graphics mode these dissapear, but the other problem remains. Which is KDE Fedora Running Insanely Slow (To the point where it takes several Minutes for the OS to Register a Mouse click). Out of my many attempts only one even got the installer to respond (Which i then had to Abort due to the installer not accepting my Partition).

System Info:

Gpu: Rtx 5080

Storage: 4tb (2,2 Used)

Mainboard: MSI MPG X870E Carbon WiFi

Cpu: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D

Are you sure this is a KDE Plasma issue rather than a Fedora issue? Have you compared the Fedora KDE edition with a different edition of Fedora?

This specific part is definitely a Fedora question, not a KDE question. The installer is built by Fedora not by KDE.
