Investment transactions direct update no longer works

Hi Folks, Using Kmymoney 5.2.1 in KDE Neon, I used to directly update my investment accounts transactions from Vanguard. However, lately this does not update any more :persevering_face:. Updating dialog tries to connect at vanguard site with 33% completion and stalls.

Any one else experiencing this? Is there any solution to This? Thank you!

I can’t even remember when Vanguard last supported direct connect. At least they still will produce OFX files for download (as well as CSV.) Have you tried either of those?

I am currently struggling with a Vanguard download, but will open as a separate topic.
