Is an equivalent to Fedora's GNOME Abrt and SELinux Troubleshooter intended to be integrated into KDE Linux?

On Fedora, I utilise GNOME Abrt to report bugs to the distribution maintainers about non-KDE package segmentation faults, and utilise the SELinux Troubleshooter to report to the same people erroneous SELinux denials. What’s novel about these is that they’re interactive wizards that automatically invoke at the time of use, like Dr Konqi does.

I ask because without this, I can’t envision myself using kde-linux.
