Is it possible to set the brightness to 150% in kde wayland

My display is extremely bad and dark, usually fine if i browse the web.

But in games is so bad, as soon as im in a cave in minecraft even on 100 brightness (in minecraft) cant see anything, it just looks completely black.
On xorg i just used xgamma to over-push the colors that way i can see something.

But you know its wayland now so that dosn’t work now :(.

Please tell me that there is some way i may be able to add some additional gamma to my monitor in software on kde wayland.

Got uranium? Wayland ..myeah.. Anywho, are you sure everything’s set properly? Your screen’s not on the green mile is it?

Just a bad display, thats it.
Can realy only be fixed in software (like on xorg with xgamma).
It was allwas this bad, but of couse its not an issue if im not playing games.

you can try installing ddccontrol and see what controls it offers you or you can mangle with your displays OSD settings menu.

but sounds like it might be time to upgrade …. i like my proart, very easy on the eyes.

sadly ddccontrol seems to not support my monitor (say plugged into the wrong port, but i only have 1 HDMI 60HZ port on that monitor so i can move the cable; may just not be supported). Upgrade in the current economy, maybe at some ponit not rn.

ICC profiles seam to have potential, or the monitor menu seems to a have a side view angle option that will overlight the display, looks bad but works as well.

Thanks for the ideas.
