I have no better idea for the title, but I thought if there is anything about this or if that is just a bug that causes when searching for “helpsys”

If you type just “helpsy” you get something that looks like how the HTML code should be rendered.
I think you should open a bug report about this.

I’m not sure what you mean by “correctly”. It isn’t showing the raw html, but the entry is broken - clicking on it doesn’t launch anything.
It is broken for me on the application launcher too (unsure if it is supposed to show up there ?).
Using Krunner this works correctly for me. Does it not for you?
What does it launch when you activate “Help Runner: ” (for “helpsy”) or “System Settings: ” (for “helpsys”)?
How did you get from (2) where krunner has the text “search terms” to (3) where it has the text “mouse”?
I just typed mouse. It’ll show any KCM it finds a match for.
Sure, that’s not the problem - if you type something that makes sense and the get something that makes sense. The problem is the weird things that krunner offers when you type certain things.
