If I’m understanding the suggestion correctly - I don’t know that a single back-end location for every “confirmation” toggle across every type of application would be feasible, since it seems like each different application would need code changes to use that single location for just that one setting, but to use existing methods for all other settings? And on the front-end, it seems like it would make the most sense for each such setting to be adjustable within the application where it’s most relevant, rather than creating a new front-end for a bunch of kind-of-related settings across a broad array of different applications?
Having said that, those three settings in the screenshot do already apply to any applications using KIO (they’re stored in ~/.config/kiorc).
