Is this a bug I should report or just my computer being weird?

(Starting Background info:
Windows 10 Home
Okular through the Microsoft Store)

After a recent surprise power outage, my external drive’s PDFs would not open and just gave me a ‘The parameter is incorrect’ error. I thought it was because of the power outage because the other people I found talking about the error when it came to files were discussing external drives specifically but after trying all the options I could find and none of them working, I saw someone randomly saying to install Adobe Acrobat so I tried that and all of the effected PDFs opened without an issue.

I thought it must be Okular then and tried opening the program directly and it gave me the same error as attempting to open the PDFs through it did. I tried resetting and repairing through the settings that you can look at for items installed through the store with no effect. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling via the store but the problem persisted so I tried installing the EXE version of the nightly build to see if it was an issue with the store version and that’s fixed it.

Should I post a submit a bug post for this happening with the Microsoft store version or is this just a bizarre one-off type circumstance?
