Japanese path with split terminal makes garbage cd command

Using Dolphin with split terminal open with ZSH while browsing Japanese paths make cd command path go on an acid trip (an urlencoded one).
Without split terminal open it works well.
With split terminal open but using Bash works, but the path isn’t readable.
Only with this combination with ZSH that just errors out.

With Bash:
(since I can only post one pic: bash hosted at ImgBB — ImgBB)

With ZSH:

My locale:

$ locale
locale: Cannot set LC_CTYPE to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_MESSAGES to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_ALL to default locale: No such file or directory

LC_CTYPE="en_GB"
LC_NUMERIC=pt_PT.UTF-8
LC_TIME=en_SE.UTF-8
LC_COLLATE="en_GB"
LC_MONETARY=pt_PT.UTF-8

LC_NAME="en_GB"
LC_ADDRESS="en_GB"
LC_TELEPHONE="en_GB"
LC_MEASUREMENT=pt_PT.UTF-8
LC_IDENTIFICATION="en_GB"
LC_ALL=

My locale -a:

$ locale -a
locale: Cannot set LC_CTYPE to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_MESSAGES to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_COLLATE to default locale: No such file or directory
C
C.utf8
POSIX
en_GB.utf8
en_US.utf8
ja_JP.utf8
pt_PT.utf8

Changing LANG didn´t work.

PS: Those locale errors started happening after I changed my locale setting from the KDE settings GUI
