Kb3 - Burning DVDs: hardware or software issue?

Hello Community!

While CD burning runs good, I can’t burn DVD discs and I don’t know whether it’s a software or drive issue.
k3b ends with the message that the burning process failed.

After the last attempt of burning an iso file (openSUSE install image, 4,2 GiB) on a DVD+R DL I saved the k3b error report. These lines (the latest ones) are suspect for me:

So, my question is:
Can someone “decode” this lines?
Do they reveal, whether it’s a software or hardware issue?

Software: maybe can k3b not find or read any library, or a library is missed
Hardware: I have been using the drive occasionally for many years and until the last time I was able to write DVDs.

Data about OS:
openSUSE Leap 15.6
KDE: Plasma 5.27.11 on X11

Thanks a lot in advance for help!
