KDE 6.2 VRR buggy/broken behavior

Hey all,
Recently experiencing extremely broken VRR behavior in the latest build of Fedora 41 KDE (Wayland session)
Any time VRR is enabled on both devices it is installed on (My desktop and my Framework 16 laptop), 2 things happen:

1: The mouse cursor becomes very laggy as though only half of the cursor’s frames are rendered. Mouse cursor renders fine when VRR is disabled.

2: Any time a game ran through Proton is made to be fullscreen, the entire display locks up until the game is alt+tabbed or closed. Game functions normally when VRR is disabled.

Anyone else experiencing this? I already found a workaround thankfully, but the whole reason I switched over to KDE was the support for FreeSync…
