[KDE Connect] Cannot browse filesystem on Android outside KDE

KDE Connect version: 24.05

I am trying to browse the filesystem on Android using the kdeconnect-indicator from sway. When clicking “Browse device”, it starts a URL with kdeconnect://[device_id], which cannot be handled by any application.

I have tried to install dolphin file browser. It could detect the android devices in KDE connect, but fail to browse the filesystem.

So, how to handle this kdeconnect url scheme with new implementation of KDE connect?

I seem to have the same problem. It started recently. I can connect, ping in both directions etc, but somehow it does not get access to the file system. Is this maybe a questions of setting the permissions? If yes, how to set them?
