KDE Connect is not running

When I press configure, this windows pops up and it always shows - KDE Connect is not running.
I reinstalled kde connect after installing macports and dbus also.
Still not working.
Plz help

Check: ps aux | grep kdeconnectd

Also:
grep kdeconnect /var/log/syslog
