Kde Connect - lots of problems after 6.7 upgrade

I have a lot of problems with KDE Connect after my Neon is upgraded to 6.7.

  • no systsm setting integration (KCM)?
  • kdeconnects often hangs, consuming 100% cpu time and not responding
  • duplicate entries in dolphin places/devices

I tried clearing all kdeconnect / kio / places settings and caches, even tried to add new user to my system to start from fresh HOME dir, but without success. If you need more data, please tell me what data / logs to collect to help solve these problems.

That changed some time ago, about a year back? The settings applet is now standalone, and accessed from the tray icon, instead of both.

There are several recent reports on this here, as well as on the bug tracker.
