KDE Connect - Smartphone can't connect to Windows PC, but can connect to the same PC with Linux, and can connect to Windows on another device

I have 3 devices: Smartphone (Samsung galaxy S24), a laptop (dual booting windows and Linux) and PC (dual booting windows and Linux). They are all in the same network.

I can:

  • Connect smartphone with:

    • Linux on PC
    • Linux on laptop
    • Windows on laptop
  • Connect Windows Laptop to Linux PC.

But I CANNOT connect smartphone to PC Windows for some reason. Devices don’t see each other. What the hell? I checked if they are pinging each other, and yes, they are (smartphone can ping windows PC, and windows PC can ping smartphone). I also tried adding device via IP address on the mobile app - it just says “device responded in x miliseconds”.

Any idea what’s going on? And how can I run some debugging or deeper troubleshooting with the Windows app?
