On my Android phone (Pixel 9a), KDE Connect version 1.34.4 (I’m aware there’s a newer version, but it didn’t work for me) shows that it is connected to my Linux Mint Cinnamon machine. It successfully pings, and if I un-pair and re-pair the devices, it works temporarily. However, KDE Connect on Mint shows no devices available. When I try to launch kdeconnect-sms from the CLI, I get this error:
kf.kirigami: Failed to find a Kirigami platform plugin. I’m not using Plasma—only Cinnamon—and everything was working fine until I updated KDE Connect on the phone yesterday. I still receive notifications from my phone on my computer, but I’m unable to reply to messages or send new ones. Version 1.34.4 was the last one that worked reliably for me, but now even that appears to have stopped functioning properly.
