I follow you via RSS and I really liked the post.
Another thing I miss is having KMail and KOrganizer just installed on my system, talking with my digital clock applet so when I click on it, I would see my calendar event. It’s very small thing, but it’s huge quality of life feature for me. The Kontact flatpak can’t do that, and it’s sadly really broken in general.
I relate with this. I don’t need to install many things and I don’t do development, so KDE Linux seemed a good way to stay on Plasma while helping devs through bug reports. But the PIM situation made me go back to Fedora KDE, although it seems like some work is being done: KDE Linux and PIM - #8 by Samuele
