KDE neon 24.04 Rebase Testing

Used user iso dated 20241006. ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 11 As a livecd everything was OK. Installation was unsuccessful: Main script file /usr/share/calamares/modules/neon-fs-cleanup/main.py for python job neon-fs-cleanup raised an exeption. Repeated the installation and this time it finished OK. Booted to sddm, changed to terminal, made grub to boot to runlevel 3, rebooted → result is just black screen. Currently keeping back the update - 22.04 with Plasma6.2 is perfect here
