Hi there, why do I read about KDE updates long before KDE Neon includes it?
I see a story on the KDE Neon announcements of KDE Plasma 6.1.3 dated 16 July 2024 and yet when I update my KDE Neon distro on 19 July 2024 it still reports 6.1.2
