KDE Plasma has incorrectly identified my graphics tablet - how do i change it manually?

I am attempting to use a graphics tablet. Details/kinfo in screenshots.

My main problem was that the tab to bind the tablet buttons doesn’t appear in System settings > Drawing tablet; which is a problem that has been reported before [1] [2] [3] [4]. I also couldn’t properly bind the pen buttons.

Here’s the twist though: in System settings > Drawing Tablet > Pen, i notice that a a third button is displayed, but my pen only has two.

Meanwhile, in System settings > Mouse & Touchpad > Mouse, there’s a device called “UGEE 21.5in PenDisplay Mouse”; that’s incorrect, my tablet is an XPPen and 22 inches. “Configure extra buttons” doesn’t work, there’s no effect when i try to input there.

My theory from the above is that Plasma has incorrectly identified my tablet. Possibly the Ugee 2150. They look so similar that i think Ugee and XPPen might be more related than i knew, but different enough that i can’t bind buttons properly.

I would like to manually change my device to the correct one, which hopefully would make the correct settings become available. Unfortunately i don’t know what the correct ProductID would be.

I’m assuming that Plasma is handling my tablet, if not then please correct me.

Everything else is normal, in fact i’m pretty excited that Plasma handles my tablet this well out of the box.

Thanks everyone!
