I use arch linux and i just updated kde.
This broke my theme which uses colourschemes to work.

Report it to the theme author.
KDE only maintains Breeze.
What is your theme by the way ?

Oh, Oxygen is part of KDE plasma IIRC.
Yes, it was the kde 4 theme and is still included in plasma
I use a .colorscheme file to make it translucent, but recently it has stopped working properly.
