KDE Wallet issues with steamdeck

Hi- I have posted on Steam Deck and Linux forums but not had any luck so hopefully I can find someone as I can’t seem to fix my issue. Somehow my KDwallet and manager are messed up after it auto updated to the latest version a few weeks ago. Now I only get a message stating an error occurred when connecting to Kwallet Service: The name org.kde.kdwalletd6 was not provided by any .service files. I have followed advice to downgrade the version through the konsole but I still get that same message. This has prevented me from connecting to my network drives on my NAS as it now never prompts me for my username/PW within dolphin .

Any help would be greatly appreciated on how to get the wallet fixed /found/re-created.

Did you reboot after? What is the same error message?

There must be a misconfiguration on the steam deck, dolphin should have kwallet. Might be an issue of plasma 6 versus dolphin with Qt5 incompatibilty or vice-versa Plasma 5 with dolphin Qt6. Or the “kcm_kwallet5” name that is wrong.
You could report the bug to valve steamos team.
