Kdenlive 25.04 freezes

I’ve upgraded KDEnlive from 21.12.3, which work perfectly on my laptop, to the latest available 25.04. The new version freezes at launch and I need go through the process monitor to kill the process.
I’m on ubuntu 22.04.

Flatpak or appimage?

tanks for your reply.
I’ve installed though flatpak and snap. Both didn’t succeed.

No trial with appimage.
