I have tested your setup on my Win10 machine and Kdenlive starts without a crash. The crash happens on your machine with KERNELBASE.dll. Such a crash with KERNELBASE.dll happens if some drivers are not updated but Kdenlive uses it. Please make sure you have updated windows itself and all drivers like graphic card and sound card.
If you have not registered your Win10 for updates until October 2026, that could be the issue as you have old drivers.
