Hi - I haven’t had this issue personally, but have seen others solve issues with kioslave crashing by clearing out the “baloo” file index (deleting the index files under the /home/yourusername/.local/share/baloo directory:
It does seem possible that some sort of glitch in file indexing (done to enable searching their contents and attributes, in addition to their names) could be occurring as a result of files moving around/being created during gameplay.
Could you copy and paste in here the contents of your “About this System” page from the Info Center app (or the bottom of the System Settings app)? That’ll help folks here know what type of system/version of key components you have running.
