I’m trying to switch from evolution to KMail, cause evolution keeps ‘forgetting’ my passwords, very annoying.
But I’m struggling with some basic KMail functionality. Maybe you guys can help me out?
- How do I ‘mark as not junk’ in the spam folder? as far as I understand this is just move to inbox + mark as unread, but having this be one button is very user friendly
- How can I remove the ‘this HTML message may contain external images’ etc warning? I get it, I configured it to not load these images, I don’t need to reminder every mail + covering up 10% of my screen.
- How can I remove the ‘html message’ vertical bar/button to the left of the mail content? its very ugly, and I don’t want the plain text version, ever.
KMail seems very powerful, but also incredibly user unfriendly. Seems like you need to have the same workflow as every guy who uses mail like its 1995. Some tips to make this experience better would be appreciated.
