I am not sure that this is a bug or just normal operation?
Apologies in advance if I have not spotted the obvious.
However, whatever it is, operation of the currency conversion popup window seems to have a mind or its own. Sometimes it pops up. Other times conversion is based on the stored value without giving an option to enter an new conversion rate. For example, transferring from a GBP to Euro account, I set the Category to the Euro account. I enter the amount in GBP, then click on the adjacent currency symbol and change to Euro. Sometimes the conversion window pops up. Other times the amount is converted using a previously stored value. I cannot see a pattern or any way to enter a new coversion rate? Sometimes clicking on the currency symbol before hitting Enter works. Sometims not?
