For recent development version KMyMoney Version 5.2.70-36f8897 and preceding versions:
The report ‘Budgeted vs Actual This Year’, when set to show only the relevant year in one column (not split into months) does not show the budget numbers for the year. Instead the budget numbers are the first month for all categories where the budget numbers are set monthly. Therefore it gives wrong numbers for the year and calculates the difference incorrectly for all such categories. It is ok if the budget for that category is a yearly sum. Note the financial year in question commences 01 June, but I do not know if that is relevant.
Several weeks ago I found a bug report for this error from years ago that was marked ‘resolved’ and closed, and I posted a comment that the bug is present again, but now I cannot find that bug report.
