Is this symptom familiar to anyone?

I have not yet found a matching report in Bugzilla for KDE.

konsole-23.08.5_1 with Plasma 5.27.10 is not bugged:

I commented on 480196 a few weeks ago. Thanks @ninjalj, now I have bookmarked the report (to not lose sight of it again).
