Kontact and disappearing contacts for owncloud

Dear community,

I have following problem. I have contacts from the remote dav resource owncloud on the server. Whenever the server is offline, the contacts are disappearing in kontact. When the server is back online, contacts in the address book do not show-up again. Also tried to synchronize. Address book shows 0 contacts. I need to delete the address book and create new dav address book.

Did someone encounter such problem ?

I am using version 6.4.3 (25.04.3).

Same here. I did not get that far to figure out why the contacts disappear, but your explanation makes sense.
