Krita Dropdown menus turning black after a couple seconds of being open?

I’ve been noticing for a bit now that a lot of my drop down menus have this black border on the bottom and right shortly before it turns solid black. I can use the options that are there still but it’s completely unreadable.

It’s like this for every toolbar drop down menu, the side bars… everything that pops out and isn’t a separate window.

I can’t tell what’s causing it. I messed with the themes, reinstalled Krita, Changed the renderer, and updated by graphics card drivers but Nada.

Any help?

Update: This seems to also bleed into OBS and KDENLive… KDENLive makes sense, but OBS? this might be bigger than just KDE applications
Something might be wrong with my machine.
