Hi, If you not new install Fedora.
Can you move setting file on “~/.config/krunnerrc”?
mv ~/.config/krunnerrc ~/krunnerrc
If you need back setting file.
mv ~/krunnerrc ~/.config/krunnerrc
And What setting on this?
System setting/Search/Plasma Search
System setting/Search/Plasma Search/Configure Krunner…
No using Window rule to krunner?
If use : Remove rule of krunner on System Settings/Window Management/Window Rules
